Given the freezing evening temperatures in February (ok, freezing by California standards, I feel the 40’s are cold for evening ware) Alina has designed a long sleeve, elegant, gown for the night. The color is still to be determined, but we are playing with a different look this year. Alina is amazing! It’s not just any dress she has to create each year, but one I can sit in and breath easily, as I am announcing live backstage. The dress literally has to work with me. So far her dresses and designs have made me feel beautiful and allowed me to sound my very best. Women know how binding, restrictive and incredibly tight formal attire can be, and Alina’s dresses have always been so comfortable. I can’t wait to see this one come together and wear it at the Annies on February 6th.
