It’s about time, right!
I’m heading out to my first con this year and I couldn’t be more excited — because I am heading to Bak-Anime 2026 at the end of May and I genuinely cannot wait to see your faces.
Whether you’ve known me since my Bleach days, found me through Genshin Impact, or stumbled onto this blog because a tiny demon in a small body said something iconic — this one’s for you. Come hang out with me in Bakersfield. Let’s make some memories. 💙

What is Bak-Anime?
For those who haven’t been before — Bak-Anime is Bakersfield’s beloved annual anime convention, now in its 9th year, run by the same incredible team behind SacAnime. It’s a two-day celebration of anime, pop culture, voice actors, artists, and the communities that make this fandom so wonderfully special.
It’s got that perfect convention energy — big enough to have an incredible guest lineup and exhibitor hall, intimate enough that you can actually connect with the people you came to see. If you’ve never been, this is a fantastic first convention. And if you’re a Bak-Anime veteran — you already know. See you there. 😊
The characters I’ll be representing 🎤
I’ll be signing and meeting fans as the English voice of some very near and dear characters. Here’s who’s making the trip with me:
🌸 Yachiru Kusajishi — Bleach 🍹Diona — Genshin Impact ✨EmmyLou Brown — Batman the Animated series Carbine — Biker Mice From Mars
And so many more.
From the chaotic pink-haired lieutenant who lives on Kenpachi’s shoulder, to Mondstadt’s most cursed little bartender cat-girl — who adds the wildest ingredients imaginable trying to destroy the wine industry, and whose drinks are somehow STILL crowd-pleasers every single time. The frustration. The tragedy. The icon.— I have been so lucky to voice characters who are small, mighty, and completely unforgettable. I love them. I love YOU for loving them.

I will be doing signings and meet & greets both days — May 30th and 31st. This is genuinely one of my favorite parts of convention life. There is nothing quite like looking a fan in the eyes and seeing how much a character meant to them. It reminds me exactly why this work matters and why I fell in love with voice acting in the first place.
Whether you want to chat about Yachiru, gush about Diona, share your Genshin team builds, or just say hi — please come find me. I mean it. I am there for all of it.
Conventions are where the work becomes real in a whole new way.
The characters live in the recording booth — but the fandom?
That’s where they truly come alive. I can’t wait to share that with you in Bakersfield.
Tips if you’re planning to attend
A few things worth knowing as you plan your trip to Bak-Anime 2026: VIP badge holders get priority access into autograph lines and the exhibitor hall 30 minutes early — if meeting guests is your top priority, that upgrade is genuinely worth it. Autograph lines do fill up, so arrive early on the days you most want to attend signings.
Keep an eye on bak-anime.com for the full schedule, panel times, and any signing slot details as we get closer to the event. The guest list and schedule are subject to updates, so checking in regularly is always a good call.

I say this every convention and I mean it every time: meeting fans is one of the greatest gifts this career gives me. Bak-Anime is a special event with a wonderful community, and getting to be part of its 9th year is something I don’t take lightly.
